Project: Kinetochore structure and integrity during cell cycle
My background is in Biochemistry/Cell Biology and Physics. My current research involves using modified Expansion Microscopy (mExM) to determine kinetochore structure and integrity during different stages of the cell cycle. I also perform computational simulations to determine fluorescence object localization and size determination errors that arise from imaging systems and data acquisition methods.
