Project: Determining the client protein (SH3) conformation upon interaction with the Hsp70 chaperone

The folded state of SH3 as it is released from DnaK is still relatively unknown. I am probing this state through Photo-CIDNP NMR, steady state FRET and fluorescence anisotropy in addition to single-molecule PET and computer simulations via COPASI.
